Sigma S-Series PIN Keypad

The Sigma PIN and Anti Key Theft keypad provides additional functionality to Sigma S-Series alarms.

The keypad is located within the interior of the vehicle and can be mounted directly to the vehicle dashboard or the top of the windscreen.

Installation is also possible in an out of sight location; within the glove box or a suitable storage pocket.

With the keypad installed to a compatible alarm system, the following features are available:

Easy entry of the Emergency Override PIN. In the event of a remote failure or loss, the alarm system can be dis-armed by entering the user Personal Identification Number via the keypad, instead of using the standard ignition key entry sequence.

Anti Key Theft protection. The alarm system can be programmed to request a PIN entry before the vehicle can be started. Even after the alarm system has been dis-armed, a correct PIN is required via the keypad before the immobiliser is disabled. This prevents the vehicle being easily stolen, even if the thief has the vehicle keys.

Programming The Remote

This type of remote control is supplied complete with instructions for coding it to the alarm system.

The procedure requires access to the alarm fuses and also set-up of the alarm functions after programming.

It may be advisable to obtain the assistance of a professional in order to code this remote to your alarm.
